How we deliver
There is no delivery charge on any order. The times below are the same in every country we serve.
What delivery costs
Nothing. We make no charge for delivery on any order, in any country we deliver to, and there is no minimum spend. The price of the goods is the whole amount the courier collects.
How long it takes
- We ring the number you gave to confirm the order, usually within one working day.
- We hand the parcel to the courier 1 to 2 working days after that call.
- The courier needs a further 3 to 7 working days, depending on the country.
These are estimates drawn from how the routes normally run, not guaranteed dates.

Orders are taken on a page for each country, in its own language and currency. We deliver to:

Inside the European Union there are no import charges on arrival.
Who brings it
The courier or postal operator in your country. You are told which one on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask at hello@dorihub.com.
Paying the courier
You pay in cash when the parcel is handed to you, and only then. Look at the box before you pay: a parcel that is obviously damaged can be refused at no cost to you. The full picture is on paying on arrival.
Once it has left
Tracking details come from us, on the call or whenever you ask: see find my parcel. If something is wrong when you open the box, returns and faults explains the next step.
